    David Kalenzi Atuhaire is the R&D scientist at the African Union Centre for Ticks & Tick-Borne Dis (CTTBD) in Lilongwe, Malawi & former PG Director KIU. He holds a BVM, a Masters’s of Mol Biol & a Ph.D. in Mol Epid, all from Makerere Univ, Uganda. Postdoc @ CTTBD in Lilongwe, Malawi where he improved the Muguga cocktail vaccine & mol Epid stud of Theileria Parva. Interested in Transboundary Animal/zoonotic Diseases  

    Eddie Mujjwiga Wampande, Ph.D. in molecular Bacteriology, is a Senior Lecturer at the Makerere University-College of Veterinary Medicine, Animal Resources and Biosecurity, MUK, Uganda. He is skilled in the Use of molecular Biology and genomic information in the Identification and validation of drug, vaccine, and diagnostic targets for infectious pathogens. His expertise is needed to keep the world safe from novel pandemics

    Idris Sheriffdeen
    Idris Sheriffdeen, BSc, MSc is a research assistant and a Microbiologist and specialized in antimicrobials, pharmaceutical microbiology, & Microbiology fermentation. I possess an M.Sc. degree in Microbiology from the prestigious University of Ilorin, Ilorin Kwara State, Nigeria.  I currently work as a research assistant with my supervisor on many ongoing projects due for publication and will serve as Editorial assistant with the capacity to review papers along side with senior editorial board members

    Kohagne is a Biological Ph.D. researcher, specializing in the epidemiology of vector-borne diseases and zoonotic diseases. She is skilled in diseases epidemiology using the One Health Approach mapping and controlling pandemics. She is also interested in diseases surveillance with particular emphasis on human-animal-environment interfaces. She is the chair of the epidemiology department of the Catholic University of Cameroon and an Expert on disease risk assessment in FAO (ECTAD).

    Kennedy Kassaza BMLS, MSc is a Microbiologist, a Ph.D. scholar, and an Assistant lecturer in the Department of Microbiology, Mbarara University of Science and Technology, Mbarara city, Uganda.  He is highly skilled in Microbiology, Parasitology, Genomics, and infectious diseases research. Understanding the pattern of infectious disease epidemic at the genomic level will give Kennedy the design of effective cutting edge interventions that will prepare us to face the challenges of the 21st century

    OLUWAMAYOWA SAMUEL AKINSUYI BSc, MSc, is a Microbiologist and PhD Student under the program Ph.D. in Microbiology and Cell Science, the University of Florida. Thesis/project title: The gut-bone axis: The missing link for preventing and Treating Bone Loss in Space. Akinsuyi is interested in the gut microbiome, gut bone axis, space biology, osteoporosis, infectious disease, antimicrobial resistance, One health and Planetary Health. He brings to our editorial board skills in space biology and associ cutting-edge tech.
